It is for good rea­son that our name starts with Res­tau­rant: food, a nice glass of wine and a long lin­ge­ring din­ner. True culi­na­ry delight! 

Our chef Marc Boti and his bri­ga­de cre­a­te ama­zing dis­hes with inter­na­ti­o­nal flavours. Res­tau­rant and Bras­se­rie Hoog Hol­ten has been awar­ded a Miche­lin Bib Gour­mand, an indi­ca­ti­on for res­tau­rants offe­ring excep­ti­o­nal good food at mode­ra­te prices.

Sur­pri­se yourself with the Menu of the chef or the Bib Gour­mand Menu that we offer. Our host Joseph Dover­mann will select the per­fect accom­pan­ying wine to com­ple­ment the dishes.

You may also choo­se Bras­se­rie Bir­ds: cosy, com­for­ta­ble and good is key to the Bras­se­rie. In the attrac­ti­ve sun room we ser­ve a deli­cious salad, a bun or a 2 cour­se meal for lunch. In the after­noon you can have a drink accom­pa­nied by appe­ti­zers and during the eve­ning we ser­ve a 3‑course menu with deli­cious dis­hes ser­ved with chips and a salad.
