It is for good reason that our name starts with Restaurant: food, a nice glass of wine and a long lingering dinner. True culinary delight!
Our chef Marc Boti and his brigade create amazing dishes with international flavours. Restaurant and Brasserie Hoog Holten has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, an indication for restaurants offering exceptional good food at moderate prices.
Surprise yourself with the Jeunes Restaurateurs Surprise Menu or the Bib Gourmand Menu that we offer in addition to a regularly changing a la carte menu. Our host Joseph Dovermann will select the perfect accompanying wine to complement the dishes.
You may also choose Brasserie Birds: cosy, comfortable and good is key to the Brasserie. In the attractive sun room we serve a delicious salad, a bun or a 2 course meal for lunch. In the afternoon you can have a drink accompanied by appetizers and during the evening we serve a 3‑course menu with delicious dishes served with chips and a salad.
As soon as the weather allows, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace: one of the most beautiful places in The Netherlands.

Brasserie:

Small lunch menu: 12.00 to 17.00
Dinner: 18.00 tot 21.00 (on Sunday from 15.00 to 21.00)
